What can be the possible reasons for 'RFC call ended with "System Failure" exception' in UI5 apps?

UI5 App in Production and currently used by Users.One of the User is able to see and access tile.But after clicking on the application tile, when trying to do any operation he gets the following error 'RFC call ended with "System Failure" exception'.What might be the reason for the error?Any help is appreciated.

1. Is it possible to check the same user id in different system? Is this firewall blockage?
