Hi Emilio
Please go to the data load monitor of the red request and find out the reason for the error.
Once the reason is identified, we should correct the error which will make the other green requests available for reporting.
If you are unable to correct the error or if you think the data loaded on that particular day is '0' or not necessary, then manually change the status of the red request to green which will work as well
