Requests not available for error reports in a request in red

Hello,

We have a load chain that runs daily and loads data into an InfoCube. A request failed and is in red state, the subsequent requests are in green but are not available for reporting, I show screenshot:

How can we solve this problem?

Hi Emilio

Please go to the data load monitor of the red request and find out the reason for the error.

Once the reason is identified, we should correct the error which will make the other green requests available for reporting.

If you are unable to correct the error or if you think the data loaded on that particular day is '0' or not necessary, then manually change the status of the red request to green which will work as well

Hello Karthik, we have forced the request in red to the green state, and now all the requests are already available for reporting.
