SAP JAM-Reason Codes

Hello,

Is it possible to have the reasoning codes available for the user to select, when significant changes/deviations are made in volume and prices ?

Hello James,

We have implemented "reason codes" for a customer. However they only want these reason codes to pop-up in the excel view only when below conditions are met.

- for particular demand segment (for example defined reason codes are only valid for "X", these codes should not pop up for the users of "Y" demand segment

- when only significant change is done by the user these "reason codes" should pop up while saving

This doesn't sound like a question about SAP Jam Collaboration.

There's nothing like a "demand segment" or a "reason code" in SAP Jam.

Maybe you are talking about another product?
