Dear All,

i'm creating the new WBS elements for the tx CJ20N in PS module. While creating i'm getting the error “User status CRTD is active for WBS # 1". While analysing i came across this error is raised by BAPI (BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI) doing the check for the status of the project in the function module STATUS_CHECK. And also the project is in the released state. Is it possible to create WBS elements for the released projects?

Any input is highly appreciated.

Hi Senthil,

It is not possible to make any changes to the project if it is released.

That is the reason for which you were not allowed to create a WBS element for the released project.

Thanks for your reply.

But while trying to create the WBS element manually for the released project,its getting created. Further to my analysis error stating “Message from the BAdI” is also coming. Please advise.

Hi,

Try using FM: STATUS_OBJECT_READ.

STATUS_BUFFER_IMPORT_FROM_MEMO

to read the updated Status.
