Hi Rabbani,

Those "On Events" are script files that are executed when you are creating or editing some Object and some action was taken on it, like click on "Save" or "Delete" Button or change some field value.

Example:

1) The script file Event-OnSave will be executed every time that you try to save some data. It will be triggered after Event-BeforeSave (triggered when click on "Save" Button) and when a external logic or external application tries to save data on the Business Object (Exemple: When some Mass Data Run try to Save some data on the Business Object the Event-OnSave will be triggered). You will use Event-OnSave only to check if data is consistency and raise error message if something was wrong.

2) Event-OnDelete work exactly the same as Event-OnSave, but this time related to delete scenarios. Will be triggered when you click on "Delete" Button or when some external logic or external application try to delete some data from the Business Object. You will use it to check if the data could be safely delete and will not cause problems like miss references or inconsistency in your system.

3) Event-AfterLoading will be triggered every time you try to read/load a node instance of any Business Object (Like open entries/registers of a Business Object). You can use it do execute the logic that you want, but with the following exceptions:

  1. Read or modify transiente field of another node;
  2. Modify a persistent field;
  3. Create or delete a node;
  4. Call an action.

I hope that this answer your question.

Have a nice day.
