Customer Master Data should not update it Order history.

Hi All,

When the phone number is removed from an account or updated in SAP, order history reflects the change. Order history should remain

static and not reflect any changes made to the Customer Master Data.

What is the possible solution for it. please let me know.

You can write user exit - look at MV45AFZZ,MV45AFZB,MV45AFZC User exits.
