Cloud for Customer Sales Campaign - Custom Action

Hello everybody,

is it possible to extend the standard actions (Send E-Mail, Create Lead, Notify, Create Activity, Export List, Create Mass Activity, Update Target Group, Send SMS) in a C4C sales campaign with a custom action (e.g. send data to an external system) that can be implemented via Cloud Application Studio?

Hello Daniel,

Upon investigating on your concern, it is not possible to have the custom actions for the Sales Campaign, you have to use the pre-delivered actions only.
