Lead stage history is not captured - Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

I have defined multiple lead stages using building blocks and it is working good. But unfortunately lead stages history is not capturing the prevoius lead stage details and shows up only the latest lead stage with date.

Is there any reason why lead state history does not show up?

Hi Dinesh,

We are using Hybris Marketing cloud 1705 version and i am able to see the lead stage.

Can you please check by clearing cache or using a different customer?
