Workflow not found when changing QTY on PO

Hello, I am on SRM 5.5 Extended Classic.

I have a problem with approval workflow for PO.

I have activated WS14000075 (without approval) for both event SAVED and Save Change Version. This works fine when I create and save PO. But when I change the QTY on an exisiting PO, I get message "No workflow found".

I do not understand this as I have activated both the mentioned WFs (and the value change lower than the limit in Purchase Order.Total Value Diff).

How can I find out which event this change triggers, and any suggestion on how I should solve this?

Hello,

Thanks for reply, I have looked through them, but I still do not know what to do.

Please look at starting conditons pasted below. This flow is active. The only change I do in the PO is to change the QTY from 1 to 2. This is causing the total value of the order to increase with 10 USD, so it should be fine.

I do not understand why that does not trigger this workflow

Workflow-Start WS14000075 No default currency

Business Object EC Purchase Order

Event Save Change Version

&EC Purchase Order.Total Value Diff.& < 1.000.000,00

and &EC Purchase Order.Simple Change List& NE PRT_MODIFY

and &EC Purchase Order.Simple Change List& NE ACC_MODIFY

True

Start workflow: Workflow Without Approval for PurchOrder

False

No action

Hi

<b>Please go through this -></b>

<u>In the workflow builder (SWDD) we use the navigation Area to check every workflow. I mean we did double click in each step, if the step had a subworkflow, then we open the subworhflow, checked it, and if it appeared the same error we have used the function module for the subworkflow. In this way you might solve the problem.</u>

<b>Also Use the Transaction code OOCU - Task customising overview.

Then SRM-EBP --> SRM-EBP-WFL then active event linking.</b>

Do let me know.
