Apprasials : Appraiser from Org Structure

Dear All,

Business requirements : System should pick the Apprasier hierarchy from the Org Strucutre. i.e. Apraisee's reporting officer should be set as his first level of apprasier, a level above the reporting officer should be set as the second apprasier.

Is there any standard configurtion for achieving this?
