how to create public building block

Hi, how can I create a public segmentation building block in hybris marketing 1705 cloud? I didnt see a place to select public/private along the way but i can only create private ones.

Dear Chenyun,

There should be a "Save and Publish Building Block" button. By pressing this your building block will become public.
