NW2004s Upgrade Project Plan

Hello Gurus,

Need to make an Excel/ MS Project based NW2004s Upgrade Project Plan, which covers all major activities with approximate durations.

I understand, it will largely depend on any customer's specific landscape, yet assuming some existing BW version, R/3, EP, CRM and non-SAP systems in any landscape, there can be a fairly common 'template' for making such plan.

Can somebody guide on where such a plan can be found?

Did you find a Project Plan for upgrade ? I spent some time searching in sdn and sapfans but couldn't locate anything.

If you have a plan,could you please share it.

However, I have already been through much of this stuff, and could not really find an EXCEL or MS Project based template, so that I can come to the right plan, activities, durations, resources and estimate...

Wonder if such a small piece of document is available somewhere...

Hi Eddy,

As general documents for an upgrade, it is good, but most of them are specific to R/3, and my concern is towards Netweaver 2004s project.
