NW2004s Upgrade Project Plan

Hello Gurus,

Need to make an Excel/ MS Project based NW2004s Upgrade Project Plan, which covers all major activities with approximate durations.

I understand, it will largely depend on any customer's specific landscape, yet assuming some existing BW version, R/3, EP, CRM and non-SAP systems in any landscape, there can be a fairly common 'template' for making such plan.

Can somebody guide on where such a plan can be found?
