So when a client of mine goes and tries to print a report she gets a specific error message. that message being the following:
Mind you I am a level 1 tech for a MSP. I have no idea what this is referring to or even where to begin to fix this.
Any information that would get me headed in the right direction to getting her up and running again would be greatly appreciated.
What is the version of Crystal Reports?
The file referred by the error message on my CR 2016 located at:
