Hi all,
how am I able to process import from the Inbound folder?
I mean I would like to connect via Import Manager and Select "Port" as Type.
I also have a Remote System but I can't select a Port since the list is gray and not selectable.
What I want to achieve is an Inbound folder where I can drop xml files in and the mdis picks them up one after the other and imports them.
In case I choos XML or XML Schema I just can assign to one xml file and import this but I want to be able to import many files of the same map kind.
Hope I could make it clear.
Thanks!
Erdal

It happens when there are no input files in the Ready folder of the port. Put one or more valid XML file(s) in the Ready folder and you will be able to select the port.

Hi Erdal,
There might be any of the following reason for your port list being gray:
<b>1--> </b> The port is empty i.e. there is no input file present in the port folder.
<b>2--> </b> The port type in the MDM console is defined as Automatic.
Please check these and let me know the result.
Thanks,
<b>Shiv.</b>
