MMRV Background job

HI Gurus,

My Client has the below requirement for which i am not able to find a standard solution,

1. Initially MMRV Should start which will allow posting for previous year, just before the schedule job runs for mmpv to close the period,

2.Once the closing period job (MMPV) is complete.the system should run another MRRV job for Disallow back posting generally.

Please advise how i can address the issue.
