KPI's for Telecomunications Industry (Telcos)

Hi!

In order to deliver SEM solutions to our top Managment directors, we need to define their strategic KPIs (key performance indicators).

I'm looking for samples of KPIs suitable for Telecomunications industry, particularly interested in Investment Management KPIs (better if related to Telcos), that contribute to build manager cockpits.
