Hello Experts,

We have a new requirement for upcoming tax year 2018/19 in UK payroll. Below are the requirements given by the business.

1. Create a new notional wagetype? Business have not provided any modal wage type to copy please suggest a how to processed on this requirement.

2. The values of the 3 existing wage types 3702 Dental ER Cost, 3707 Healthcare cashplan ER and 3705 PMI ER Cost must feed through to the notional wage type each month.-> At Present all three existing wage types are fed through IT0014.

3. The notional wage type needs to be displayed on the payments side of the payslip.

4. The notional wage type has to be included in taxable pay and YTD taxable pay and A Year to date (YTD) wage type is also required

Properties for this new wage type.

> The NIC must be paid via the P11D (B) and not via the payroll. /

>This wagetype must not be included in gross pay.

>The wage type will attract tax only at the employee’s appropriate rate.No net value to be paid as the wage type is notional (to allow the deduction of tax) only.

5. The total value of the notional wagetype must be included on the P11D (B) so that Class 1A will be due on the value.

Your support is more use full to me..

Thanks & Regards,

Santosh Modi
