We are getting error when activating instance:
We currently do not have sufficient r4.8xlarge capacity in the Availability Zone you requested (ap-northeast-1c). Our system will be working on provisioning additional capacity. You can currently get r4.8xlarge capacity by not specifying an Availability Zone in your request or choosing ap-northeast-1a
How can I change the availibilitty zone?

Thanks Stanimir, but how do I access Advance Mode in CAL? I can see info and was able to activate static IP address, but subnet is not changeable.

You can change the availability zone in Advanced Mode by selecting another subnet.
