Which version shall I download to work with book "Schrödinger programmiert ABAP"

Hey,

I try to find the right version to download to start learning ABAP with the book "Schrödinger programmiert ABAP"- the instruction shown in the book to download a version are old or in other words SAP recreated this website so I can not find the right version. I am a private person that wants to learn ABAP at home besides work (I do not necessarily need ABAP right now at work and my employer do not want to pay a course). So this means I search for a trial version (or some other version that is free or nearly free). I hope someone of you can help me. I have a 64-bit Windows 10 operating system. Thanks in Advance for any help!

Hello Niclas,

One option would be the SAP Cloud Appliance Library. There are two ABAP CAL Solutions that are free of charge from SAP but for which you would still have to pay the AWS or Microsoft Azure charges:

• SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.50 SP02 on ASE [Developer Edition]
• SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP and SAP BW 7.5 SP01 on SAP HANA SP10 [Developer Edition]
