Hi All

what transaction or report I can report to show me all P.O's released by a specific user

Hi,

U can get it in ME2M/ME2N... here select the "Dynamic selection button" frm here, u select the purchasing doc header, frm that u filter it by release indicatior or release status or rel code.. then excute.. it will the exact report for ur requirement

I had same requirement. Done with following steps.

1. Use a Tcode like ME80FN extract PO numbers to minimize the selection criteria.(e.g. Purchasing Group Assets)

2. Use TCode "N" use the Table CDHDR

3. In Field Name OBJECTCLAS enter EINKBELEG

4. In OBJECTID field clicking on more option paste all PO nou2019s filtered on Step 1.

5. USERNAME field type Name of user.

6. Better if enter ME28 in TCODE field

Now Execute. You will see all POs released by entered username in step 5.

You can use SE16N, Table CDHDR

Enter the user name in the name field and enter ME28 in the transaction field (or the transaction used in your SAP version to release).

this will produce a list for you.

At least you tried to help and that is better than not even trying.

Your suggestion was very close to the solution and at least offered "food for thought" as we say in the UK.

You can try this way. Use Transaction SE16.Then put table name as EKKO and press enter. After that click on "Settings" in menu option. Then click on "Fields for Selection". Now you will get one more screen. Make sure that "Purchasing Doc.", "Created by" and "Release ind." check boxes are checked. If not, then do it. Now you will get the screen in which you can put the user name in "Created by" and put Release Ind as Released. Execute it. You will get the desired result.

It seems there is no such report in SAP available.

what we can do is get list of POs which are released from any tcode like ME2N or table like EKKO. then use these list in table CDHDR against document number field and entering ME29N or ME28 against transaction.
