Unable to open interactive pdf forms after ADS upgrade to NW 7.3 SPS15 with message

Hi Experts,

We have upgraded our Production Java ADS system to NW 7.3 SPS15 from NW 7.02 SPS7, after upgrade performed all post upgrade activities, Also all the testings from ABAP to ADS system and form testing FP_PDF_TEST_00, FP_TEST_00, FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE run successfully,

BUT....

Few users (not all the users) are facing issues for Adobe forms when they open/update it. Users are unable to edit the interactive adobe form and get following error message:

'This document enabled extended features in Adobe reader. The document has been chnaged since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document.'

Before SAP NW Java system upgrade the issue was not there. so far we found only below Note for the same issue- SAP note 917773 - Adobe Reader error upon opening interactive PDF form

I checked the user PC date and time setting as well as the authorization group as stated in this note which all looks as expected and all users too are in same network. we would like to know if there are any settings? changes in configuration required to perform after upgrade of NW 7.3 SPs15 Java system in any particular area?

As this issue is on our Production system, can anyone please help to provide the best possible resolution ?

meanwhile as a workaround we have noticed that from impacted user profile path C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\Security\ this folder contains files addressbook.acrodata and directories.acrodata ....if we remove those files the issue gets resolved. Do you know what these files are and why after deleting those files the issue is being resolved, but unfortunately removing of those files is not the permanent solution as it implies only for users and for few users even if we remove those files the issue still persists there we are not sure how those files are connected to SAP ADS application functionality, can you please help to provide us your expert advice on the same ?

I executed the report FP_PDF_TEST_26 (Clear ADS Template Cache) for the ADS RFC connection, from SM59, and the report FP_GENERATE_FUNCTION_MODULE for 'ZAPP_SMALL_IGL', unfortunately the issue still persist.

if anyone have comes across such issue/behavior and can suggest the possible resolution would be more appreciable.

Thanks and regards

Pradeep
