Define Template for Defect incorrect

We tried to change the defect template (for defect creation from Test Execution). However it does not give the expected result. Screenshot 2 shows the template we have created, while screenshot 2 shows the result.

It looks like the technical information, which we want to get rid of, remains and is stored somewhere else. I was wondering if that is hardcoded? or if anyone knew how to change it?

Information such as Executable type, or SolDoc IDs when executing Test Cases, is not optimal for end-users.

I am not an expert in SAP Test Suite however I have seen this kind of linkage in HPALM i.e. when you create a Defect from Test Lab during Test Execution, the Defect automatically fills information like Test Case Name, Id etc. and links the Defect to the Test Instance. This way a Failed Test Instance is linked to a potential defect. I would assume a similar approach is followed here. Maybe the intent is to help Developers to provide information on what exactly they should look to fix the Defect, I may be wrong here.
