No menue in Mobile Sales after upgrade from 4.0 to 5.0

Hi,

I upgraded our Mobile Sales from 4.0 to 5.0 and after the generation of the application MSA, I built the solution in mobile application studio. But when I login there is no menue at the top of the application. There are no entries like data, edit, favorites, tools and so on. When I move the mouse over the top the following message appears: "An unhandled exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in ufcontrollibrary.dll. Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." What does that mean?

Furthermore when I try to search for some business partner or activities no data is shown although there are many entries in SMOKNA1, SMOVBKA, SMOKNA1SHT... I don't know if this issue has something to do with the problem mentioned above, but it could be.

What SP are you currently using?

It maye be useful to apply the framework hotfix for that SP on your client.

I don't know what you have done yesterday, but now I can see note 1032334. Thanks.

I closed the sap call again.

Anyways, it was very strange, in transaction SNOTE I tried to download this note but then the message appeared "this note is not released, please inform your sap support". And on sap support portal it was near the same. Now I will implement it and give you a feedback if you wish.

unfortunately it didn't work. I executed the mup file in note 1032334 but the menue in mobile sales is still empty.

Do you maybe have an other idea?
