I am integrating Social media profile replication from C4C to CRM via HCI. Have completed social media profile settings in C4C and able to see Twitter messages in C4C. Now need to replication social media profiles in SAP CRM. HCI settings are in place but did not find any document for social media profile related configurations in SAP CRM. Can any one share configuration document for social media profile in SAP CRM.
