SAP CRM upgrade from 4.0 to 5.0

Hi Friends,

Please tell me what are the major changes from 4.0 to 5.0 with respect to the following objects:

1) Activities

2) Actions

3) BP Master data

4) ORG Master data

Please tell me if there are any specific changes to these objects between CRM Rel 4.0 and Rel 5.0.

Please tell me if there are any upgrade efforts required for BP Master data and Org Master data or if there are any manual changes that are required to be done while upgrading the system, SAP specifically mentions this in the release note.

Also can you tell me where I can search for the same... If there is any release document etc...
