Is it possible to use Fiori Client without specifying URL

Hi,

What i know is that a Fiori app could be accessed/run through Fiori Client by entering the URL of the Fiori Launchpad. In this case the Fiori app is deployed somewhere else other than the mobile device itself for e.g. on SCP. But i would like to know would it be also possible to access/run a fiori app which is deployed on the mobile device itself through Fiori Client. Or even using custom fiori client.

The point is: we are going to create a custom Fiori client to be able to do barcode scanning (and few other customer specific requirements) but we also would like to deploy the fiori app on the device itself. Would it be possible or the Fiori client could only access a fiori app through URL ?
