Report-to-document navigation in SAP Hybris C4C

Hi Experts,

What are the necessary steps need to be configured to achieve report to document navigation in SAP C4C Reports.

For Eg: I have created a report which shows the lead by status and I want to directly navigate to the document, in our case it is lead, where I can edit or update some details in the lead.

Hi Bharath,

Currently, in business analytics work center key user can only set report to report navigation. But when we click on Lead ID in standard report or custom report created on standard data source it will show option to navigate to Lead Details where it will take you to the document. After navigating to the Lead document you can make changes and update the document directly.

I have followed the steps and created a navigation for the report but it shows the list of lead id with details(after clicking the navigation). My requirement is If I click any of the lead from the outcome of the report it should take me to the lead WorkCentre. Is it possible?
