Hello,

I missed one very vital thing. In MD04, dependent requirement sometimes stays without Parent element planned order.

This is inconsistency which can be fixed by running a program ZCHECKRESB1. Also refer a SAP KBA 2047547

Also see the link.

Hello ,

I can see in MD04 the purchase requisition element is having exception message 30. The Purchase requisition date is 29.08.2017 and the MRP rescheduling date is 12.07.2017 .

MRP executes backward scheduling first from requirement date which is 12.06.2017 showing in your MD04 screen to calculates the release date of purchase requisition. I would like to check you Planned delivery time, GR time mentioned in material.

MRP algorithm of date will be like this

12.06.2017 - X days = DD.MM.YYYY, check if this calculation of dates comes in past. If the date comes in past, it means MRP has conducted Forward scheduling due to Past days disallowed in customization in MRP group level or Plant parameter level.

Please check and confirm back to us

Best regards
