Mapping Runtime Error

Hello,

We tried executing a scenario HTTP --> RFC with 25 virtual users simultaneously.

But I got following Error:

http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP=" http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">

<SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category>

<SAP:Code area="MAPPING">JCO_COMMUNICATION_FAILURE</SAP:Code>

<SAP:P1>Error when opening an RFC connection</SAP:P1>

<SAP:P2 />

<SAP:P3 />

<SAP:P4 />

<SAP:AdditionalText />

<SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />

<SAP:Stack>&quot;COMMUNICATION FAILURE&quot; during JCo call. Error when opening an RFC connection</SAP:Stack>

<SAP:Retry>N</SAP:Retry>

</SAP:Error>

Can I increase the number of parallel processes in VisualAdmin >JCO RFC Provider >AI_RUNTIME_ to 300?

Or is there any other solution?

Please help to resolve this.

Thanks in advance.

Beena.

    Try this

    /people/prashanth.azharuddin/blog/2006/11/24/some-errors-in-an-xi-production-environment

    U may also check the application sap.com/com.sap.xi.services in the J2EE Engine

    Hi Beena,

    i assume, that's a typical memory bottleneck error. You have to do just the opposite: Reduce the number of parallel processes.

    Plz have a look to https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/oss_notes/sdn_oss_bc_xi/~form/handler">Note 862405</a>
