Number Ranges

Hi Folks,

The following settings have been made

NUMRG COMP is set to X

Number Ranges-

$$S has two number range intervals-10000000-19999999 is External and 20000000- 29999999 is internal.

Tested in Dev and works fine.Transported the same

In Q one of the clients works well but in the other client for external the following message appears-The number range is not in any valid external interval"

What could be the issue?

Hi,

Check the Same settings in the Quality Server too. Then look for the authorization in the server.

Hi Did you solve your problem yet?

we had subgroup $$$$ in our golden client, it works there, but it doesn't work in other clients after we SCC1 transport over.

We checked it transported successfully in other clients, compared 2 clients, the configuration are the same in oonr transaction.

Check number ranges in other quality client

check that it trans port properly or not.

if not then create number ramges there.

Switches may be problem.

Check it again.

Please check once the switches is activated in the quality just check the number ranges and features relating to that.Just check if the transportaiton is done properly or not
