Error during PDF creation on Web Analyzer

Hy, i have aproblem.

When i select the Print Function, open dialog Print Version is opened. But after that i confirm by OK, i receive this error message : error during the pdf creation.

Hi Andrea,

Do you have the correct components to open/save Adobe on the machine you are working on? If you do not have these installed then the Adobe preview page will not be displayed and created.

Have you got Adobe installed on the machine?

You will need an Adobe service, in other words a Document service must be installed to allow SAP to render in PDF.

Hi Andrea,

You will have to consult with your Portals expert or consultant. I am not too sure on the portals side of things.

The problem might be in the Adobe Document Services configuration. Speak to your basis guy. Also as of sp13, ADS doesn't work on HP Itanium 64 bit systems.. SAP is yet to provide a solution in sp14.
