Hi All,
I am trying to create customer party role in Party Role Definistion, I get only couple of party categories. How can create custom party categories as like relationship
When select other org unit party for custom party role, it does not appear in involved party assignment in Ticket. What could be the reason as i wanted to add Org unit to ticket.

Hi Bharath,
Why service ticket involved parties option does not show all party categories whichever available in Party Role activity ? What is the system behavior here.
e.g : If I add other org unit party category to a customer (Z) party role, system will not present me any option to select the custome(Z) party role in service ticket parties involved option.
What is the determination steps in system ( Back end ). i.e. Where does system check initially and proceed further.

Please check whether the following configuration are completed in the system.
1. Maintain relationship in general business partner activity (fine tuning)
2. Create a custom party role as other category and link the relationship( created1 step) in party role definition activity(fine tuning)
3.Add the custom party in the involved parties in ticket for customer support or Ticket for employee support (fine tuning)
4. Maintain determination in the involved parties in ticket for customer support or Ticket for employee support(fine tuning)
