When I click the link it states that I am p-user not s-user. How could I change to s-user

Hi Wasi,

You can open the p-user in one browser and s-user in different browser, you can’t switch the user from P to S user. Id, currently I m using p-user in google chrome and S-user in either IE edge or Firefox.

Hello fan pq,

welcome in the SAP Community.

To get the installation file there is no other way as the support portal. If you don't have an S-user talk with your administrator or an other person in your company which have the rights to download the files you need.
