SAP Contact Center Simulator: No agent is currently logged on

Hi,

we want to simulate inbound phone calls by using the SAP Contact Center Simulator (CCS).

On the AGENTS OVERVIEW Page in CCS we can see that no IC WebClient agent is currently logged on.

In IC WebClient I cannot set the work mode for phone calls to ‘Ready’ because there is no ‘Ready’ radio button.

The following error message occurs “Anmelden am Communication-Management-Software-System fehlgeschlagen“ (“Logging on to the Communication-Management-Software-System failed”)

Where can I find this radio button?

And how can I log on to the Communication-Management-Software-System successfully?
