How to check for GRN and IVs done without a valid PO/STO ?

Hi all,

I am currently reviewing the Inventory process at our company and I need to check whether there are GRNs and IVs done without a proper PO/STO document in place.

Is there any report where I can check for the same?

I do not have access to SE16 and other table based TCodes.

You can extract the dump of material documents with movement type 501 in MB51 by which the user can do goods receipt without any PO/ STO. User can also do IV if the vendor is put at the time of doing 501 mvt.
