Hi
Do anybody has an idea How to Delete Old Dep Requirements in Mass OR How To Delete old Planned Order in Mass ?
Its Urgent

Manoj,
Old planned orders can be deleted through transaction "MD16". Once the demand element is deleted, you need to run MRP for the parent and child material so that MRP clear it of on its own.
Hope this helps...Reward your points if so,

Hi,
Use the T.Code - md16. Otherwise delete the demand of the finished product & then run MRP.
If u want to delete particular planned order goto MD04 and then select that planned order goto change mode then select delete option from menu. But in this case PIR will not delete.
Suppose that Planned order is firmed goto change mode through T.code MD04 and then unselect indicator of firming then delete it.
Thanks & regards

go to md61
delete the pir for finished material
then take MRP run, planned orders will automaticaly deletet for finished and dependent materials.
Note: if u alredy made changes then this planned order will become firmed planned oreder and it will not deleted by mrp run.
thanks

sometimes an old component from a BOM may have had lingering demand. guessing that maybe those depreq were valid to whatever semifinished you have going now. in a similar situation all i had to do was request the prodplan to change their depreq from md04. use the explodeBOM feature to re-explode the BOM then save and it will go to the correct (changed) component. maybe not what you're looking for, but the initial request was to delete depreq which should have been under a different component.

Hi Manoj,
No program to delete old Depreq. these will be deleted automatically if you don't have planned orders/production orders and PO (receipts) for the header parts and to clear this you have to run MRP.
You can delete PR and subreq from RM06CO20 program. Mass deletion is only possible from MD16...no program for planned orders deletions.
