I can't open Alert Configuration or Alert Inbox.

In the runtime workbench, when i click on Alert Configuration or Alert Inbox.

I got the error "404 Not Found. The requested resource does not exist. Details: Go to main page of this application!".

Someone please help me on this as its urgently required.

    Also

    check this

    13. The Link "alert configuration" from RWB is not working

    a) on your XI box go to TCODE - SE38 and run program - RSXMB_ACTIVATE_ICF_SERVICES

    b) check SAP note: 750287 (XI 3.0 Runtime Workbench: Alert configuration does not start) and change values in your ExchangeProfile

    c) check if you can accept cookies

    Hi

    Apply SAP Note: 750287.

    Here is solution from Note:

Check the following property under "RuntimeWorkbench" in the

    ExchangeProfile: com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport

and, if necessary, set it to the value that the ICM monitor displays as the

HTTP port of the WebAs (Transaction SMICM -> Goto -> Services).

You also need to fully identify the host name in the property

    com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost

(for example, host1234.wdf.sap.corp instead of host1234).

After you have made the adjustments, update the cache by calling the

    following URL:

    http://<J2EE-Host>:<HTTP-Port>/rwb/rtc?op=init

where <J2EE-host> is the host name of your J2EE and <HTTP-Port> stands for

the HTTP port of the J2EE.

    regards

    krishna
