How to connect SAP Data Services Azure SQL Database V12

Dear expert,

In May 2017 SAP introduced Data Services SP9.
As usual SAP puts a couple of slides together and published this on help.sap.com

However, I have not found in any single document on how to establish connection between SAP Data Services SP9 to Azure SQL Database.

Can anyone please share if you are familiar with above question?
