Good evening, I am new to SOP and LTP planning and have a couple of questions, if you could point me out in the right direction on application help or answer from experiance, this would be appreciated.
1) Efficient ways to see data and populate the information in SAP
2) When does it change from Inoperative to Operative Planning?
3) How does the SAP Forecasting Module work?
4) When should SOP be activated and what happens once it is active?
5) Can long term planning be sued to determine an inventory forecast?
Kind regards
Guy,

Hi
1.You can see data and populate the information in MC9C analysis of information structure.
2.When you transfer the material to demand management MD61 the requirements willbe released to operative planning
3. You have to define the forecasting details model and historical data in additional data and maintain mrp type forecast based planning
4. i am not clear on activating sop.

Ranga
