Interaction tile customizing in Contact/Account facet

Hi Expert,

Is it possible to customize the interaction record details under Contact/Account facet from Hybris Marketing Cloud solution?

Please see attached screenshot of Lead or Opportunity interaction from C4C. Is it possible to add status field for an example?

    Hi Dinesh,

    Unfortunately this feature is not available in Cloud yMkt as it requires UI change and we do not have the backend available for Mkt cloud system.

    But please see the "Leads" tab in the contact UI screen which has the status available in "Sales Pipeline" table.

      Thanks for the updates. Yes, I agree with leads that we have separate tab but not for other interactions.
