Mass update of Purchasing Groups,

Hey,

We want to do a mass update of Pur Grp ie.,Replace Pur Grp XXX with YYY in all the Po,s created with XXX.

What could be the best way to get it done.

Hi,

You could try transaction MEMASSPO.

the field is MASSEKKO-EKGRP

You will be able to change this using this transaction.

Just select all POs that have the current P group and replace this with the new one. Then do the same for the next P group and so on. (On the selection screen you will only see a PO number, click on the selection icon, the one at the bottom right, and you can choose the P group as an additional selection field)
