Reset Company code data

Hi all

I am trying to change Chart of Accounts. its asked to reset company code data.

I am using OBR1. while executing OBR1 it showing all tables.....after this what I have to do. I can not save because SAVE icon is in disable mode.

can any body help

Hi

If you run in the test run it will show you ....no. of records it have posted and no.of records going to delete..

by deselecting the test run check box..you can delete all the transaction data posted. you are nothing to do after wards...after executing the OBR1....just check whether transaction data exist in the company code or not...if nothing is there then you can change the COA

I am doing same. Deselecting test run I have executed but it showing nothing. not showing any messages that deleted no. of records.

I checked company code still transactional data is exist.

Hi,

In the globel setting from your company code is a field company code isProductive.

When this is on you can not delete trnasaction data. (You use this only in test systems!!!)

That means you can't change the Chart of Accounts after the company code

is set productive. Is that right? Or is there another possibility to change CoA?

Hi Hari Peddi,

I resetted the Company Code Transaction Data with OBR1

AND

the Company Code Master Data with OBR2.

After that I could change the Chart of Accounts.
