Hi all

I am doing valuation of foreign currency valuation with T.Code F.05. But I am getting an error when i try to see the postings as follows-

<b>Document ERROR 055 does not exist in company code 001 or has been archived.</b>

When i see the G/L postings, I observe that the foreign ex gain/loss postings have been done but the reversal postings have not been done.

    Hi

Check the date of the documents for which you are doing the FCV.....also chek ...for which month you are doing....as the error message telling the document is archived....normally documents archives after 2 years...in that case you are dong valuation for the period which is relating 2 years back....it is not possible to do the valuation for archived items.....if an item exists then only i can valuate that itme...if that itme is not there...where can it valuates
