Monitoring Tools for XI

Hi All,

SAP XI comes with an in built monitoring tool. Apart from this is there any other way by which one can do the performance analysis? Is there any other software, from some other organisation(not sap) to perform the analysis, to counter check the results given by SAP XI.

    Hi Kartik

Performance in XI is depends on:

    1) Hardware sizing, Memory setup

    2) Design of Interfaces

    3) Design of BPM (better to avoid Transformation steps in the BPM if possible)

    4) Type of Mapping

    5) Volume of data and Frequency of the data.

    6) Configuration

Check this url for monitoring the performance of XI: https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/0b4580be-0601-0010-d3ad-bd6ce51ae916

    Cheers..
