Unable to see the categories or the parts (Netpoint Web Application)

I logged in as manager

I do not see any of the categories

I clicked on New Parts, I receive the following

The website administrator should verify the following:

- The category has parts.

- The parts in the category have the available flag unchecked.

- The parts in the category have an expired date prior to today.

- The CategoryID in the URL exists in the CatalogsCategory table in the NetPoint database.

I check the catalogs Category table, and there is bunch of records

Also I could not log in the Netpoint Web application with the SBO user Account

what could be the problem

Sincerely yours

Riade Asleh

Apparently you are in the installer. Close the installer and open the Netpoint website, login as manager, then click administration. Choose Setup - Theme Designer and click the edit link to edit the theme you are currently using. Choose a catalog from the dropdown and save the theme.

The Administration link is on the My Account page, perhaps the manager user is not assigned the superuser security role? You can check in the database table usersrole to see which user(s) have the superuser security role.
