Follow the Steps:

• Create Administrator

• Specify Logical Systems

• Assign Logical Systems to a client

• Create Communication user

• Create RFC destinations

• Create CUA

• Set Distribution Parameters for fields

• Synchronize Company Address

• Transfer Users

Download SAP Tutor from SAP Service Marketplace. Below is the link

And download the CUA .sim file (tutor file) from

http://www.sapsuperusers.com/forums/sim-itutor-files/100837-master-index-sim-files-i.html (register your self as a member if you are not, there are many basis tutor files which are very helpful)

This tutor file has step by step explanation for configuring CUA.
