Hi,
In general or XI perspective, can you explain the difference between rollout and implementation projects.
Some say that implementation is something where you get involve in all phases of SDLC.
Some say it as End to End starting from requirement gathering, In XI perspective i believe there would be only implementation projects when compared to general R/3.
Do Comment on this.

it depends from project to project,as far as i think,implementation means u already have the requirements,u need to develop the scenarios based upon that,but sometimes even XI developers need to gather requirements and design the scenarios based upon that and then implement it,so it all depends upon the requirement:)

Rollout means when you about finish your project implementation.after doing all the dev and testing.
