How to Download Employee?

Dear all,

We already did Initialization for Emplyoee data from R3 to CRM.

Now We created some employee in R3.

and we want to download only newly created Employee in CRM.

(1) How to download newly created employee in CRM?. Pls give me step by step procedure.

(2) how to monitor the downloaed data?

(2) We have two different no range in R3 and CRM. May i know how can i know the new no of employee (which we newly created in R3) in CRM?
