Question About BAPI

Dear All...

After creating BAPI and when i click on method and try to implement it.....

i got a message that

"Component 'Ynavbusineesapi' is already implemented"

and when i try to release it i get message like ...

"Object type components have higher release level than object type"

I am implementing and releasing with following path :

Edit -> Change Release Status -> Object Type Components -> To release and

To implement....
