Hi,

You can simply create a transaction code for each of the reports whcih are to be displayed in the SRM Web browser. Then goto trascn PFCG and in the particular role(say EMPLOYEE role) go under the tab "MENU".Then clck on CHANGE mode(Pencil) and you can see teh buttons for adding TRANSACTIONS.There add the custom transaction code you have created for the subcontract stocks MBLB report (You can also give your own name as it should be displayed in the SRM Web). Then when you log inot the browser with a User ID whcih ahs that particular role(EMPLOYEE),You can see in his menu the link for that report.

However the report has to be in SRM,so if its in R/3 may be you will have to create a tcode in SRM whcih in turn calls the R/3 report.

HTH.
